Practice schedule - Summer
For July 12 - 18 - JO's week.
Monday - Wednesday, July 12 - 14 - Normal times.
Thursday - Saturday, July 15 - 17- Senior/National swimmers only 2pm - 430pm. Be ready at 2pm, we will get in as soon as the meet events allow us.
All other groups are off - except for your volunteer duties. All SOY families and swimmers need to sign up with Coach Erin for volunteer slots. Thanks.
Senior/National Group:
Monday - Saturday: 8am - 11am (includes drylands and/or weights)
Tuesday/Thursday afternoon: 330pm - 530pm
Green:
Recommended 4 - 6 workouts - consult coachGreen Plus: Monday - Saturday: 8am - 11am
Green: Monday - Friday 10am - 12pm or 5pm - 7pm
Blue:
Recommended 3 - 5 workouts - consult coachMonday - Friday: 1030am - 12noon or 530pm - 7pm
Yellow:
Recommended 3 - 4 workoutsMonday - Friday: 1030am - 1130am or 530pm - 630pm
Sharks:
Choose 2 days a weekMonday/Wednesday 530pm - 615pm
