Our Swimming Groups and Practice Times are:

Yellow - Ages 5 - 11

M - F 5:30pm-6:15pm

Blue - Ages 9 - 13

M - F 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 10:45am

Green - Ages 11 - 14

M - F 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 10:45am

Senior - Ages - High School & Post Grad

M - F 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 10:45am

Practice Facility

The YMCA on International Drive is one of the most prestigious competition and training pools in Florida. The pool is indoors, with a retractable roof, great for swimming in all kinds of weather. It boasts 20 Short Course 25-Yard lanes, and 8-10 Configurable Long Course 50-Meter Lanes.
